Media Finland
was first organized in 1989 which makes it the oldest and longest running event
of all the Nordic music business conferences - and many other big conferences
around the world. Since its launch in the late eighties, Music & Media has
grown to be the number one international music business conference in Finland
bringing the world to the Finnish music community in style; year after year
feedback from international delegates puts the event at the top of its class in
atmosphere, organization and efficacy!

I had a fantastic - and fantastically
productive time - in Finland
for the Music & Media Conference. Finland has a great homegrown music scene
and this conference allowed easy access to all the movers and shakers that make
it run, as well as providing a valuable forum for the exchange of ideas (and
business cards). And it wasn't as cold as I feared it would be!
