All registrations include access to Lost In Music -showcases (exept Student).
The registration is binding after
the invoice has been sent. Unless payment is received by due date, the discount
rates do not apply. The terms of payment are 14 days net sum, yet no
later than October 12th, 2012. The full registration fee must be paid in order
to check in at the event. The registration may be cancelled
until 30 September 2012, in which case the paid invoices will be refunded
excluding a processing cost of €50 (+ VAT 23%). The registration is personal.
Access pass
The access pass is handed to participants when checking in at the venue (Sokos Hotel Ilves). The access pass is personalised, and it is forbidden to assign it to someone else during the event. The organisers have the right to remove persons using someone else's access pass from the event and to take possession of the misused passes. In addition to the access pass, the organisers have the right to use other access control identifiers, such as wristbands or bar codes.
The access pass must be kept in sight during the entire event.
Delegates 1-4: The access pass entitles the participant to take part in seminars (excluding events requiring a separate registration and/or fee, which have separately announced) and the Industry Awards gala. The access pass and wristband entitle a participant to a free entrance to the Lost In Music clubs when the venue capacity allows.
Delegates 6-8: The access pass entitles the participant to take part in seminars (excluding events requiring a separate registration and/or fee, which have been separately announced). The access pass and wristband entitle a participant to a free entrance to the Lost In Music clubs when the venue capacity allows.
Student 10: The access pass entitles the participant to take part in seminars (excluding events requiring a separate registration and/or fee, which have been separately announced). The redemption of a student pass requires a registration under the name of educational institution.
Entrance to sold out Lost In
Music -clubs cannot be guaranteed (full = full), so please arrive early to ensure
your entrance. Lost or broken passes are not replaced.
Participant information
The organisers have the right to publish the contact information of the
participants in connection with the event and, after the event, on their
website and printed products. The published information is based on the
information that is submitted during registration. The organiser is not
responsible for the accuracy of the information. Delegates contact information is used only by Music & Media.
