LOST IN MUSIC – Every band wants to be found
A festival that loves new music organized as a part of Music & Media Finland
1) For artists, their representatives and talent seekers
Lost In Music grew to be an autonomous festival alongside Music & Media Finland in 2007. Lost In Music is the biggest showcase platform for domestic artists in Finland.
The festival is organized in tight collaboration with both Music & Media Finland and Music Finland, an organization promoting and exporting Finnish music abroad. For artists, the festival provides the rare opportunity of performing in front of promoters, music supervisors and critics all at once.
In exhange, industry professionals and tastemakers see tens of intriguing acts in the course of only three evenings. The networking possibilities at Lost In Music and Music & Media Finland make it easy to meet the people you need for your next project or career move.
Music & Media Conference in Finland is the perfect place to discover the new Finnish music scene, and a great way to meet international professionals. Lot of cool people, I really enjoyed being there.

2) For music-loving general public
Above all, Lost In Music is a three-day celebration for people who love music. The number of visitors fluctuates between 10,000 - 15,000 each year.
To balance out the fresh finds, the weekend nights at the main venue Pakkahuone are dedicated to performances by popular and established Finnish acts. Lost In Music has also ventured into producing family-friendly daytime shows with no age limit. Our goal is to shape Lost In Music into every man's urban festival with acts from different genres of pop and rock.

Music & Media Finland shed a light on the deep pool of talent that Finland has to offer. I was absolutely amazed by the artists and the music professionals that I met and hope to build those relationships for future projects.
